I have read several answers to posts that direct the OP to START and then select the MANAGE option. Can't seem to find it on my machine. Does it have to be installed somehow.?? TX
I think that you mean go to search type the words
computer managment and then you click when it pops us

Richard is correct that this is for Computer Management (compmgmt.msc).
The location that is being referred to is when you open the Start Menu and right click on the Computer button on the dark right side, and click on Manage.
Manage - Add or Remove from Computer Context Menu

Great, followed the link, added manage and now I can access it. Don't have any idea how it was not there in the first place.
