Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit Aero problem

I have an LG R45 notebook with 256 MB sis mirage 3 graphic card, 250 GB hard disk, 2 GB RAM. The problem is its not supporting the aero effects.
I have tried all types of solutions like the registry hack, aero enabler,... but none worked. Please help!

See if updating the video adapter driver helps.
If not, then it probably doesn't support Aero.

What error (if any) windows throw-up? Type 'troubleshooting' in start menu search, select first option and select 'Display aero effects'.

Run the Windows Experience Indexer. It will tell you what it's capable of.

I did that too. It says that Desktop windows manager is disabled. I tried enabling it but nothing happened. And yeah the index subscore is 2.2

Sorry, but that won't be possible.

Your graphics card only supports DirectX 8.1, whereas Aero requires a card with DirectX 9 or later support.
