How do I make a shortcut that will always run as admin?

I used to have a shortcut to a music software program that always runs as admin. It was ableton and it had a little uac icon at the bottom right hand corner of it now I cant remember how I got it like that. Any ideas?

Why does it need to run as admin all the time?
    That makes no sense...

Here's a great little 5 minute video (courtesy of whs!) that shows you how to set a command prompt to always run a program as administrator: Command Prompt Settings

And here's a tutorial to create an elevated command prompt shortcut:

You can make a shortcut always run as admin with the following steps:

    1. Create the shortcut.
    2. Right-click on the shortcut and click Properties.
    3. Click Advanced.
    4. Check Run as administrator.
    5. Click OK, and you're done!

I run ableton suite and some of my VST's need to be run as admin in order for the licensing to work (not my decision the manufacturers).
