windows explorer stops working

    windows explorer stops working


    hello all
    i got this msg when access some folder?
    that windows explorer stop working and its close down my all active windows? i am using win7

    Is this any folder or just a particular folder? Does it happen everytime or just once in awhile?

    just for particular folder which contains large or mixed type file format .

    ohh i think i found that solution ? i think problem causes when i install external codecs install in wmp 12.

    Glad you found it. wmp 12 has most codecs already installed if I understand correctly. I know that it plays m2t files that 11 had problems with.

    thanks dude...i too ve the same problem...i ve a video file in a folder....if i try to open it...windows explorer stops working...it happens oly to that folder....always...and i tried even opening the file thru vlc player directly...i ve windows 7.....i uninstalled the codec...still the prob persists...
