Sorry about that...hmmmm, I GUESS its Smart Card???
Next to my Norton blank search box, next is the green Norton Safety site, next to that is a gold lock with words "Cards & Logins" I usually just click on that and the drop down box appears with all my log-ins ards and Logins does it automatically for me. Sorry, not explaoning it very well, and I am not the brightest when it comes to computers, I usually just google everything to get help or an answer. easiest for me...duhhhhh, guess I need more than what Google can do for me...lol....thanks so much!!!!

LOL, I too am from Las Vegas!

Funny huh ya I got it. Sounds like norton is preventing you from opening it. Does your Norton program have a manager system for the websites you visit. It wouldn't be smart card cause that something that you plug into your computer to manage other stuff. What your using is Identity Safe Logins and it is a norton program try disabling this feature and see if you can login to those sites.....

    Hi ladyharmony and welcome.

I don't personally use Norton so this may not be what you're looking for. But it sounds like your login data might have been corrupted in some way. Perhaps the quickest solution would be to contact Norton customer support.

Norton Help - Product Renewal | Norton Support

I'd use the first link (Norton Product Support - Technical Error) and see if they can help you get unlocked. You'll probably need to provide them with your specific Norton product (NIS, NAV, 360, etc) and license/registration info.

From what I understand about mars is that alot of people are having the same issue with this, I would hopefully think that the proggie would have a feature that you could reset or disable the function.....

I know one person who experienced the same thing on his home computer just this weekend. He wasn't able to get it resolved on his own and had to call Norton. I agree it would be nice if Norton had a reset/disable feature.
