To get scroll on a touchpad, you'll have to install the driver software from the Toshiba Support Downloads webpage for your model. It must then remain running in msconfig>Startup where many other programs can be deselected from starting up with the computer and wasting resources.

Did you select the correct keyboard input for your country/keyboard on this screen during install:

    Welcome to Sevenforums Aaron
You will need to visit Toshiba web site and get drivers for your touch pad and keyboard. If you would list what model laptop someone will guide you if you need help. Good luck to you

I have a toshiba satellite a500-15N. I have been on the website but cannot seem to find the drivers. Could someone please post a link for the drivers?

Do i have to download them one by one or all together?

Look here for touch pad driver.
Laptop Driver Downloads: To download just click on the words touch pad and save to your desktop.
You may need to adjust the search settings if you feel that this is not correct for your laptop model number and version. I could not find win 7 drivers but vista drivers do work. You may need to install your driver download in Compatibility Mode have a look at this tutorial if you need help with that.
