Problem with shortcuts and shutting down

    I tried the second one and it just disappears in seconds. I also tried saving the "snippet" of the first one and it won't let me do that.

    For the second one you probably did not "Run as administrator"

    As an alternative you can do the folllowing; when you have the Command Prompt command finished, right click on the command prompt window and click on "select all". Then right click on the window. Now you have the content of that window on the clipboard which you can paster into the reply box here.
