    don't see "Run" after hitting start?


    I don't see "Run" after hitting start? And whats UAC? And I tried to do what you said with the control panel (changing to Administrator) and I didn't get that option? How do you do all of this stuff? i hope i'm not the only one thats stuck but not afraid to ask.

    here you go: –

    Click on start and then type "UAC" in the search box (without quotes) and hit enter.
    A window will open up that will allow you to set your UAC level. Set it to "never notify". Done– note: – generally most users should leave this at a higher level to prevent malware etc.

    Click on start and look at the bottom right-hand side, just opposite All programs – you will see the word Run (in the shaded area). Click on run. A small window will open up and there you go.
