    How to Get Taskbar Thumbnails On


    Hi All:

    I have Windows 7 Home Premium and there is no gpedit.msc for this version. How to I turn "on" the thumbnails in my version?

    Right-click desktop > Personalize > Select one of the themes under "Aero Themes"

Annoying thumbnails on taskbar

When ever I open up more than one internet explorer window the thumb nail icons on the task bar are on top of each other and I don't like having to hover my cursor over them and then try to find which IE to open. Is there a way to get back the old XP style thumb nail previews where they are...
Usually the taskbar thumbnails appear just a second after I hover the mouse on it. But now it stuck somehow. The thumbnails do not appear after I hover on it, nothing happens. To make it appears, I have to switch to one or two more windows and then hover back one the taskbar. I really don't think...
This may be a stupid question, but is there any way to make the taskbar thumbnails appear faster? There's a 1-2 second delay which I find very annoying when I want to open a specific window of a program (and while I know I can click, I also find that very annoying... I guess I'm picky).
