That trial version of Seven Enterprise is the only available, valid and legal trial (test) version of Windows 7.

Enterprise and Ultimate are identical feature for feature. Why do you need "ultimate" specifically?

Microsoft does not offer trials of anything but Enterprise. If you need a trial, use Enterprise. It's the same feature set as Ultimate.

Otherwise, if you want to use Windows 7 Ultimate, pay for Windows 7 Ultimate. if you don't want to pay that much, consider Windows 7 Professional or Home Premium instead. Piracy around here is not well tolerated.
