How do I restore security settings to a known working state?

    2. Restore using System Restore:(For Windows client operating systems only)

The built-in System Restore feature automatically creates restore points at regular intervals and when applications are added via supported installer methods. Each restore point contains the necessary information needed to restore the system to the chosen system state. This method can be used to recover the system back to a specific state. As mentioned earlier in the previous method, this may not be helpful to restore security settings on application data and a Complete System backup may be needed for the same.

Your're right, my permissions are different in safe mode than in normal mode. In safe mode, I have full permissions but in normal mode I don't, I always get that same old message that I mentioned earlier. Well, thanks for your help, I'll just have to take it to a computer store to get it checked out.

Did you try creating a new user (Admin) account?

    No access for administrator

I tried everything but I still don't have permission. I also created a new administrator account and this allowed me have access to everything accept that I'm having problems with the Internet even though I'm connected to the Internet and my signal is strong. Anyway, thanks for all of your help, I'll just have to take it to the computer store.

Yeah, I found this: roguesecurityprogram.thinkpoint. I deleted it but when I did another scan I found it again, how do I get rid of it forever?

Do a Google search for TDSSKiller. It's from Kaspersky and should remove that for you.

The spyware is stopping me from accessing the Internet. I think it was found in my registry, is there any other way I can get rid of it?

I have a spyware called "roguesecurityprogram.thinkpoint" and it is preventing me from accessing the Internet. I did a scan and deleted it but apparently it did not delete because i don't have administrator permissions. Is there another way I can delete this spyware?

There's an uninstall guide, it needs Malwarebytes Anti-Malware.
