BAFOL compressed / (Bootmgr ?)

Okey, i've looked around on the net and i can't really find anything related to "BAFOL" being compressed, which is the case here, but i can only find something about a bootmgr.

Sadly i don't know exactly what my friend was doing as this happend.
It's a toshiba thats around, what, 1 year old or a bit more.
All i know is it runs on Windows 7 Home Premium ( unsure if it's 32 or 64 bit )

After the computer starts up it says "BAFOL Compressed" and that i need to press the good ol ctrl+alt+delete in order to restart the computer.

Would a normal windows 7 boot repair fix this?
Since it constantly gets stuck at the Bafol is compressed part it can't start, it dosn't have any buttons you can press like F11 ( can't remember which one it normally is ) when a computer starts up to repair on boot, so i wonder if it's possible with a OS cd instead

Hope this wasn't to confusing.
Any help would be great

The first thing to check with a failure to boot due to compressed file is if the System drive has been compressed:

In order to fix this, boot the Windows 7 Repair CD or install DVD, select "Repair My Computer," on System Recovery Options click "Load Drivers," then OK Now when the mini-explorer opens up, click on Computer, then rightclick on Windows 7 drive, choose Properties, untick the box for compressing files on the drive. Click Apply, back out of the Repair console, Windows 7 should start on Reboot.

Are you able to run Windows at all? If not, download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to a CD or flash drive |MG| Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.50.1 Download
put it in the infected computer
* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location. Copy and Paste that log into your next reply.
