At the login screen, there's an option for creating password reset disk (if u enter a wrong password), doesn't that work?

#3 is the method you want. If it isn't working for you, you are not following the instructions. Did you create the Offline NT boot CD? Did you use the included link to browse to the Offline NT website and read the instructions? Did you print out the instructions and boot up with the CD, then follow the print out?

I believe that only works if you create it before you forget your password. Otherwise, it's a security hole that anyone can use to gain access.

i did try on usb. but then a burner for usb, no clue where to find such thing. include

"If used on users that have EFS encrypted files, and the system is XP or newer, all encrypted files for that user will be UNREADABLE! and cannot be recovered unless you remember the old password again If you don't know if you have encrypted files or not, you most likely don't have them. (except maybe on corporate systems) "

Assuming the Administrator account has no password, try to activate the account by one of the methods explained in

Built-in Administrator - Enable from WinRE

If you can boot up from a Hiren's boot CD, you could also open the SAM file in Redatxp, right click the sam key and select enable administrator account. Once the account is activated it should appear on the Welcome screen so that you can log in.

If nothing works, here is a safe way to get to your data:
boot up from a Slax bootable CD, click the home icon in the upper left corner, go one folder up, go into the sub folder named "mnt" which contains your mounted hard drives and USB sticks, then navigate to your files and copy them onto a stick.

Having a little trouble with your story. How have you been getting into your computer up until now? Did you forget your password from one minute to the next? You had to be signed on to create a password, and you had to type it twice. How did you immediately forget what it is? Something is fishy.
