Model # PCG 7184L, however.... this is no longer THE major problem. I picked up a bug disguised as a necessary plug in to display a web page and the system shut down immediately. I mean immediately. And will not reboot. In safe mode was able to start system restore, went to last Windows update and attempted SR. When I try to fire the unit up I get a screen saying, that Windows was not able to shut down successfully. I then start in Safe mode again, and am informed that system restore was completed successfully, but then a blue screen emerges informing me that "Driver IRQL NOT LESS THAN EQUAL", and to see a system admin or techie. Waaaahhhh!!!
I pulled the plug and battery to shut it down.
Holy heck. Perhaps start a new thread?
    Again thanks,

    Same problem

I'm having the exact problem the OP described. I'm using a ZT Systems PC with Windows 7 that I've had for about 1.5 years. One day I noticed having to click a link twice to open it - but not a double click.

Did the OP ever get this resolved? It's really frustrating.
