    Task Manager

When I open Task Manager, I always get an error that "Task Manager has been disabled by your administrator" & I am the only Admin in this Computer(This is a different computer)

    Hi,
I had that problem too a long time ago, when I was still running on Vista.
Click on start orb, type regedit en navigate to:
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Policies\System.

Check if there is any DisableTaskMgr. If there is, double click en set the value to 0.

    Hope this helps!

If You've not messed around with registry and group policy yourself then its likely the result of an infection.
Download Malwarebytes , update and run a full scan. Post the log please.
