Revo can't detect the program that I want to remove guys, so does that mean It wasn't Installed? But when I try to install the program again It says that Autocad Civil3d 2011 is already Installed... Still haven't removed the related files in the registry though... Will do it soon... Just tied up with some bring home work...

Use the force uninstall in Revo, point to the exe of the program and click ok/uninstall or whatever option is there to proceed. See if it helps.
Also try the registry option. In ccleaner, scan for registry errors and post a screenshot (with the keys column expanded) if you don't know which ones to remove.

guys, i used revo, and went to FORCED UNINSTALL, then i typed AUTODESK in the exact program name, it searched for the file leftovers then I deleted all of those leftovers and then deleted the remaining detected folder and files that revo still detected. then I used ccleaner to scan everything and deleted all the stuff that it detected also the registry issues. I also followed the Instruction that autodesk gave In the link that EZIO posted here, but I can't seem to remove the AUTODESK SHARED FOLDER with this file inside: AcSignCore16.dll, how can I remove this one? I tried Installing CIVIL 3d again but it still said that the program is already Installed.

So you mean to say that everything related to the program has been now removed instead of that dll file? What happens when you try to delete it?

When I try to delete It, It says: THE ACTION CAN'T BE COMPLETED BECAUSE THE FOLDER OR A FILE IN IT IS OPEN IN ANOTHER PROGRAM.

Enter msconfig and kill all non-MS Services and Startups except AV to see if it allows deletion of the .dll. Restart if necessary.

    Try from Safe Mode.

After following Greg's advice, open notepad and paste the contents of the codebox and save it as <filename>.reg and in file types, select 'All files'. Double Click it and select Yes when prompted.
Browse to the file, right click and select 'Delete on reboot'.

    Code:
    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

    [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shell\Delete on reboot\command]
    @="CMD /E:OFF /C REG ADD HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\Windows\\Currentversion\\RunOnce /v \"Del %1 OnNextReboot\" /d ^\"cmd.exe /c DEL /F /Q \\\"%1\\\"\" /f\""

    [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shell\Open]

    [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shell\Delete on reboot\command]
    @="CMD /E:OFF /C REG ADD HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\Windows\\Currentversion\\RunOnce /v \"Del %1 OnNextReboot\" /d ^\"cmd.exe /c RD /S /Q \\\"%1\\\"\" /f\""

@greg: tried it man. didn't work. but I didn't do it in safe mode though. Coz when I restart It, It always runs on normal mode, how do I run it In safe mode?

@ezio: I'll try that one also after I do greg's procedure in safe mode. by the way, where can I find this "FILE TYPES" that I need to select the "ALL FILES" option?

Generally, tap F8 during POST to enter Safe mode.

Regarding files types, when you save it, select 'All files'.

@ ezio: I follwed greg's procedure but still the file can't be deleted. I also did what you posted here about that .reg file. still nothing. by the way, what was it's purpose? I followed the instructions all the steps but still this .dll file won't get deleted. also, I screwed up my autocad 2010 files, I mean it got deleted also without the uninstall requisite. so I just deleted everything that is related to any autodesk program here in my laptop. It's just this "AcSignCore16.dll" file that's remaining.
