Just the file? Did you manage to delete the shared folder?
Anyways, give me the exact path of the dll. We'll try another method.
Have you tried Safe mode with command prompt by the way?

tried deleting just the file, and then the folder and vice versa but still can't be deleted. when I did what greg said in safe mode, I tried deleting it also with the same result. Didn't try deleting it in safe mode through command prompt though. how do I do it?
here's the full path of the .dll file:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\AcSignCore16.dll
At the screen where safe mode option appears, there should also be a option 'Safe mode with command prompt'. Select that.Didn't try deleting it in safe mode through command prompt though. how do I do it?
Log in to a administrator account if you've multiple users. A command window will open, type the below command one by one.
Code:del C:\Program Files\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\AcSignCore16.dllIf that doesn't work, try this:Code:rmdir "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Autodesk Shared"
Download OTL from http://oldtimer.geekstogo.com/OTL.exe
Please run OTL.exe.
- Copy the commands with file paths below to the clipboard by highlighting ALL of them and pressing CTRL + C (or, after highlighting, right-click and choose Copy):
:processes
killallprocesses
:files
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\AcSignCore16.dll
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Autodesk Shared
:commands
[emptytemp]
[reboot]
- Return to OTL.exe, right click in the "Custom Scans/Fixes" window (under the light green bar) and choose Paste.
- Click the red Run Fix button.
- A fix log in Notepad will appear. Copy the contents of the fix log to the clipboard by highlighting ALL of them and pressing CTRL + C (or, after highlighting, right-click and choose copy), and paste it in your next reply.
- Close OTL.exe
If a file or folder cannot be moved immediately you may be asked to reboot the machine to finish the move process. If you are asked to reboot the machine choose Yes.

hey dude thanks a lot. really appreciate all of your help. I got it already. I just followed the first advice that was given here, I made a system restore. all is new, but I'm still half way in installing the other programs and the customization that I need and prefer in my system... Thanks a lot guys...
Sounds like a Full Factory Recovery or Reinstall.
Glad you got it worked out.
Here are tips for cleaning up factory bloatware: HP laptop has used up all four primary partitions
And tips for future clean reinstalls: re-install windows 7
Enjoy Win7!
@ ezio: Yep. This thread should be marked SOLVED =) Tnx a lot for the help man...
@ greg: yeah man, it's a complete recovery. Tnx for these links man... really appreciate it.
@ allen: many tnx dude...
last question for this thread though, is it possible to upgrade my windows 7 32-bit to 64-bit? I'm wondering because there's this upgrade option in my system information. If it is possible, how much will this cost if I upgrade online from microsoft, granting that there is an ONLINE UPGRADE. Bear with me guys, I'm still a noob with these tech stuff...
But I'm really learning a lot of stuff here. Can't thank you guys enough.
Your welcome. Regarding your question, see this- Windows Anytime Upgrade: frequently asked questions
I don't know much about this. May be Greg and others can give you a more exact answer.
You cant "upgrade" from 32 bit to 64 bit in the sense of keeping your old files. You need to do a clean install.
I'm sorry I havent read this whole thread but I think you have oem win7 home premium 32. Technically your COA sticker key will work if you use a generic win7 64 bit to install home premium, though legally its a grey area for oem machines. So what you need to do is get hold of a 64 bit disk- borrow, download whatever. If its for a different edition, you can make a universal disk out of it by removing ei.cfg.
