Not happy with Microsoft and US publishers. Always leaving EU and the UK to last. Then to add insult to injury, overcharging the EU by almost twice if not more for the same product. Promotion also favours the yanks. Might aswell not sell any copies to us over here, we don't deserve equality!

Microsoft just lost another previously loyal customer...

Be nice if you did - anyone got a link indicating you get both dvd's.
The proof is in the purchase checkout. I did a test checkout on both the M$ and amazon to see if there was a need to select x86 or x64 and there was none. Plus many people have already ordered and if they did need to choose from any of the sites, I am sure there would be a bunch of new "should I get x86 or x64" threads started on this site right now.

If I have a legit license for a 32bit system, can I purchase an upgrade and install a 64bit OS with that same license?

The upgrade offer is for a retail copy of the OS, and retail copies include both 32 and 64 bit versions. Just ordered from newegg.

You would need to do a clean install of x64 Via the double install method. You can't mix the two together.

For US only. Micro Center is offering upgrades for:

    Home Premium $39.99
    Professional $89.99

However, you have to visit one of their 21 locations and pick up a coupon starting June 26 thru June 28. No need to pre-order, just pick up a coupon.

That's a handy tip - anyone who can get to one of those stores this weekend will save an extra $10.

Sadly, the European prices come out near $160 for pre order 7 Pro. - as usual.

Many Legit places will ship World Wide, and shipping is not that much.
So order from USA or China or Korea, most places use PalPal and Your not charged until they ship. I bought Vista Ultimate-Upgrade USA for 259.98, then later found a LEGIT China site, who I have ordered for others at 85.00 for Ultimate and now Vista is 40 to 45 by it self. with COA.

Loyality is the use of, not the Buying FROM. Buy where you can find the cheapest.
I have friends in UK - Canada and other places. we swap all the time.
SHIP AS GIFT to other country.

    Windows 7 Pre-Order

    Hey Guys,

Right now I've only seen websites to offer Windows 7 Upgrade pre-ordering. Is there any website that is offering Pre-order for the full thing? Links would be helpful!
