When downloading with a tech subscription is there a way to schedule the download time as with Free download Manager? If this is the wrong place to ask this please point me in the proper direction.

A small company / home office would be a production/staging environment, which is what they specify against.

He might be able to use it to figure out how and why he wants things to be set up, and could also, for example, try different versions of Office on his home computer to see which he prefers.

But once his small company / office moves beyond the experimental evaluation phase and into the "we're using this" phase, he's supposed to obtain the full-blown normal licenses elsewhere.

So yes, you missed something. :)
