I tend to reformat my HDDs often, and I don't really backup, nor do I save a lot of stuff...... So I have to make sure I save what I need.

I haven't burned any of the 7 builds that I've used, I've either mounted the ISO in PowerIso or unpacked the Iso and hit setup. They have all worked flawlessly. I chose this way just to be able to rule out a bad burn if something went wrong, and to cut down on the number of dvds I was using, as I've installed like 4 or 5 different builds over the course of my WIN7 experience
I have used both Methods. But to burn and not worry, most ever computer store still has JUNK DVD-+RW in the 2.4 to 4x speed. if your careful you can use about 75 to 80 times EA disk. no need to waste a Disk.

Any time I've ever inserted a rewritable that has stuff on it, I right click my DVD drive icon in computer and then there is an option to erase contents. I think thats important for rewriting
