it doesn't show up unless i refresh!!!!!!
it's doesn't happened after i restart or "End & Reopen the explorer
Process in task manager" immediately, but after couples of hours it's pops up again

this problem happened to me before, and now one week later

Maybe get some decent anti virus to check your system?

Can you provide us anymore details? Like... when did it stop working? what were you doing before it stopped working. It is strange that you re-formatted and the problem is now recurring.

    Hello DaYiM,

You might see if this may work for you as well. Be sure to create a restore point first though to be safe.

can I set automatic window refresh?

    • Open the Start Menu
    • Type regedit in the search box and press enter
    • Right click on HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT in the registry and click Find
    • Type dontrefresh in the search box and then hit enter
    • You will see DontRefresh, right click it and click on Modify to change the settings, set it to 0 (number zero)
    • Restart your computer.

    DaYiM,

You were suppose to use the sfc /scannow command instead of sfc /verifyonly command. Verify will not attemp to repair the files.

Did you try the option I posted above for DontRefresh? It's the usual solution for the issue you described. :)

The screenshot you have shows that the command prompt is not runnning elevated (run as administrator) since it did not open with C:\Windows\system32 at the prompt. /scannow will not run unless it's a elevated command prompt.

Did you have UAC turned on when you tried to open a elevated command prompt? This may be why.

    Hope this helps.
