Very good points mentioned there, wouldn't say its over priced though. Sure it could be lower but so could OS X Snow Leopard, I mean why $29.99 and not $19.99?
I'm refering to the ASKing price for Win7 Ultimate upgrade disk or even the
199.98 for Pre-ording Vista Ultimate and get Win 7 FREE. Crap, when Win 7 is more like Vista should have been and Vista should be XP SP3.

Hey guys the economy here sucks. I'm retired on a fixed income. and my insurance went up hell every thing went UP. Even the Auto folks give better offers for returning customers. More like $100.00 for upgrade Win7 Ultimate with PROOF of purchase of Vista Ultimate.

It's true there's been a slowdown, and it's probably due to 'no leaks' but you have to realise 1 thing.....

The more help that is given to people in the early stages who post here, the more others will have answers to their issues. Therefor less newcomers will need to post regarding certain problems because they have already been answered.

well said. and it is very much true.

    Windows seven forum rocks...

It's not really slowed down ... take a look around the different topics on this forum and you'll notice that many people have problems and need help.

I think that's why most of us are here... help questions and/or answers!

I don't think it's dead. We have heaps of new people asking for help/advice,new topics to discuss. It's just not as hectic as it gets when we get a new leak.
