click start and type cmd, right click and run as administrator
    then type sfc /scannow

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

    hope it works
it should scan and try and repair system files

If sfc /scannow fails to resolve your problem, then you could try to restore the system to a previously working state. If you cannot boot into Windows at all, then grab an install disc for your version of the OS (32 bit or 64 bit) boot from the disc and use the "Repair your computer" option.
