    Cursor and page goes crazy

After a minute or two my web page will go crazy and is un-controllable until I right click the mouse. Then in a couple minutes it is at it again. I believe this happens in the Firefox web browser too. The cursor changes from an arrow to a circle with a couple arrows in it. Disabling the built in mouse does not make any difference. This is driving me batty and hope someone can give me a solution. This is a hp laptop.

    Have a nice day.

Sounds like autoscroller is being activated, which is usually by pressing the centre button on the mouse. Would that make any sense to you?

    Cursor looks like it

I am not sure exactly but I think that the arrows might be at an angle at times. In reply to Irene I am not sure of auto scrolling. But the page can go in all direction not just up and down

    Thanks

If it is auto-scroller, there are a variety of suggestions here:
    Disabling Autoscroll on IE
