Windows 7 Freezes at Login Screen?

When it powers on, it comes to the login page and freezes. The mouse won’t move and I can’t type in anything into the password field. The disk access looks busy, which I know is typical when a PC starts, but even after it eventually slows down, neither the mouse nor keys will work. I tried firing it up in the various Safe Modes but the results are the same.
I want you know before i post over here i tried many solutions but anyone of them worked. It take me now 1 week trying to fix this issue.
I cannot afford to loose the data on this computer so reinstalling Windows is not an option for me.
    Thank you for your help.

Have you tried a startup repair? Let's see what windows can find. Press f8 or f2 repeatedly untill RE options come up at the splash screen.

    Hi Repair,

I found this tutorial created by GregRocker, its very helpful. I would go through all of the steps on here and then see if the issue still occurs.

I already did it and many other thing like sfc /scannow and he found fde.dll, fdeploy.dll, gptetxt.dll, gpedit.dll have problem and can't fix it so i followed this thread perfectly and did the sfc again he said the same thing.
