How do you sort the files in recycle bin Windows 7

right click on the open space within the recycle bin and choose sort, or view, until you find what you like.

I can't sort by File Types. What happened to File Details?
When I do a search on how to sort, I get a Tutorial that tells me to open the "View" Menu item. However, as you can see from the attached, I don't have a VIEW menu on my Folder. I would like to sort these by file type so that I can save them to a CD. What am I doing wrong here?:(

Browser has to re-sort Jpegs before saving file
I have had no luck googling this "problem". My picture folder contains several thousand jpegs. When I open it in Windows Explorer, the jpegs are displayed as I have instructed (by last modified). But when I am using a browser (Firefox or IE) and try to save a pic to that folder, the thumbnails...
