Hello friends ,

Now this thing is corrected.I went to the service, first they told they don't know what im talkin about, but then I told about this topic and all those diagnostics .Been a long day and finally they accepted their problem. They showed me how they installed it with new (genuine) product and also entering the activation key.

I am very happy now and thank you for helping me.

The only way to know for sure whether they cracked it again is to run the MSADiag tool again: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012.

Go figure, should I report the guy who sold me the laptop to MS. Will run the tool in a few and get back, what a waste of time.

Can you kindly run this tool:

http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012

In the tool, click on Copy button, paste into notepad, save as .txt file, then upload the file here.
