    Windows 7 StartUp simple guestion

Hello everyone - I'm new here

Today my guestion look like this:
When I start up Windows, it is loading and when I reach that point it says "welcome" and loads in background, after that Desktop must show up immediately, but instead of this , after welcome screen it turns black(and mouse pointer can be seen) like loading something and then after 3-4 secs the desktop shows up.

    How to fix that ?

I have disabled all unneeded programs and startups.

I have made a lil' comics about that for better imagination.

    Welcome to the Forums!

Look for possible errors in the Event Viewer (Start -> Administrative Tools -> Even Viewer). This will tell you whether there are any issues that appear at start-up. This black screen might be an indication of a faulty driver or some unrecognized hardware. This can also be seen in the Device Manager (Control Panel -> Device Manager) as a big yellow question mark in the list of devices.

Hi Martin and welcome to the Forum.
Unless I have got it wrong I would say that what you are seeing is quite normal. What exactly do you expect to happen that doesn't at he moment? Not sure what you mean by
"after that Desktop must show up immediately"

I found some issues with Administrative tools for example

    "Log Name: Microsoft-Windows-PrintService/Admin
    Source: Microsoft-Windows-PrintService
    Date: 23.02.2011 14:37:20
    Event ID: 315
    ...
    </Event>"

How to erase these kind of problems?

Okay I just made a Reboot (70 seconds) and the error I found at Events was the same:
    "Failed to Share printer blabla"

Okay how to fix this :P?

That might in fact contribute to the delay between your welcome screen and the desktop. To solve this problem you can uninstall the printer in question, I mean completely uninstall (go to Start -> Devices and Printers, choose the printer and delete it). Then reboot a couple of times and see if there is any difference.

Now, do you actually want to share this printer? Do you actually have a Microsoft network set up with other computers that need to use shared resources? If not, than I would recommend disabling all sharing, there is no need to share if you have just one computer. If you do want to share, then you need to take a closer look at your set-up and see what went wrong there. As an interim solution just uninstalling and then re-installing the printer might actually help.
