    Please run the Genuine Diagnostics tool (MGADiag.exe) at this link http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012. Click "Continue", click the "Copy" button then “Paste” the report into a reply message in this thread.

    Well I just had a lookee at the image you posted, Martin7R, and I'm afraid it's a tell-tale sign of a particular activation crack used by win7 pirates.

    Can you kindly run this tool:

    http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012

    In the tool, click on Copy button, paste into notepad, save as .txt file, then upload the file here.

    There you go:

    Diagnostic Report (1.9.0027.0):
    -----------------------------------------
    Windows Validation Data-->

    Validation Code: 0
    ...<Result>109</Result><Products/><Applications/></Office></Software></GenuineResults>

    Hmm....one post was enough but since you insist....

    PID 292 is the default/generic key embedded into Windows. Its whats used in the "keyless" install of win7, the one that gets you through trial mode.

    In plain english, you have not entered a valid key to activate your install and have instead used a particular crack.

    Please buy a genuine copy.

    Well this forum does not support pirated windows. You may have a genuine problem but if windows is non-genuine, we're sort of non-helpful.

    If you paid a shop which installed an illegal crack, it should be pursuued as a theft by your local police.

    Contact MS Customer Service for any assistance you need with this. Sometimes if you provide receipts for being ripped off in this way they will help make it good.
