Please help I can not delete file names/verify location error

I used a program to delete a few files and now they are stuck on my hard drive in the folder. I get the message " this is no longer in >>>>>>>>>> verify the location and try again. I use windows 7

Please tell me what to do I do not want these file/names on my computer.

Hello Yiffymaw, and welcome to Seven Forums.

If you haven't already, you might see if restarting the computer may be able to get rid of this ghost file.

If not, then you might see if the free program Unlocker may be able to allow you to delete/remove it.
