Is My Machine Feeling The Blues?

    I have about 10 Things at start-up, That I know I need.
    Remember that its not only the start-up


    Would you think its my HDD? Getting too busy?

    When was the last time you defragged? Do you have your system set to automaticly defrag? How full is the disk?

    I just defragged Today infact.. It still does do the studder noise..

    The name of the hard drive says it all "The Brain" Haha

    My Back up drive is not used... It is but not for Windows. This one however is full. But I put My hard drive space that I use with Windows (The Brain) in the picture below.

    Ok... if this has always happened, then you either live with it or upgrade.
    If this has only started to happen recently, next time it stutters I'd suggest getting a snip of your task manager's Processes and Performance tabs. Detailed views can be found in Resource Monitor.

    (Obviously, I'd have task manager open and snipping tool ready, and try to recreate the occurance.)
