SFC /SCANNOW : Run in Command Prompt at Boot
ya gimmie a sec
also when i pulled up the command prompt in that weird windows thing it started out in the C:Windows/Temp??? dunno if that has to do with anything
and remember I cant get to the actual windows repair thing, when i run the disc that you told me to create it says no errors found
when running through command prompt and putting in the scannow offboot ect.... i get windows resource protection could not start the repair service
Try booting the repair CD again and doing the 3 separate startup repairs with restarts again, this isn't making any sense at all.

Use your Windows 7 installation disk to see if you can do a repair install, not in safe mode, from the 'desktop' if it will sort it.
