i tryed another account and its fine could i just change accounts ill transfer my important things (documents/games) to another account do you think it will work?

Transferring your personal files to a new account would work fine but only really as a temporary measure but at least it will be working.

Have you tried System Restore to see if comes up with anything?

You may want / need to run a malware scan if you don't know why this started in the first place.

If the other account wasn't used as much then chances are that a piece of software that you run may have changed something within your usual account.
