    You may also want to try creating a new User account from Control Panel and see if that inherits the same issue

    I dont have a {ef87b4cb-f2ce-4785-8658-4ca6c63e38c6} file in my registry i checked where it is and heres the photo Start Menu All messed Up-lalalala.jpg

    Its says i need the DVD but i dont believe i have it and if i do its in a stack of dvds that my friend put somewhere in my house so id have to call him and i believe hes sleeping

    going to need a blank CD which again my friend probably but somewhere (He was a roommate and he organized some things including the dvds/cds) but if you guys think this is most likely (70% and higher) to work then ill just go buy some blank cd's
