Windows 7: Should I install 64-bit or stick with 32 when I upgrade

I have 2 camera's including a DSLR, I have 2 printers, phones, and all types of things that all work with 64bit.

I'd get 64bit.

Is it possible to do an upgrade from 7068 x74 to 7077 x64 from a USB stick? Do I extract the iso file to the usb stick and then go from there? Thanks
