that's amazing. and it only goes up to 2004! it's exponentially cheaper today.
well, depending on where you live... i'm visiting the US in october, so i'm holding off until then to get a TB drive, they cost about twice as much here!
here at a walmart store a 1TB internal cost $119USD
I bought a Samsung F1 Spinpoint 1TB drive yesterday for 89€.
I think that's cheap.

I got a new 1TB Samsung HDD from Newegg a couple of weeks ago for $70 (USD), free shipping (and since I'm not in a Newegg state, no taxes, either).
The Samsung 1TB 32MB 7200RPM is available at most on line stores for about 70 euro's in the Netherlands.
And the Samsung SpinPoint F2EG 1.5TB 5400rpm 32MB is only 95 euro's.
So quite cheap I'd say.
i dont store a lot on my pc so i dont need copious ammounts of space,
just bought a 320gb western digital caviar blue last week for 28GBP.
not trying to plug for wd but western digitals are the only drives ive never had problems with,my pc,laptop and even my playstation 3 have 320gb wd drives in em
