Windows 7 64 bit help needed

New to the site and in dire need of some Windows 7 64 bit help. I am new to this OS so please excuse.

Trying to help out a friend out and I haven't seen this before. She is running Windows 7 64 bit. She is the only one running it. The rest there at my daughter's dance studio are either Windows XP or Mac OS6.

The lady is trying to access a Pop mail type tool through her browser that allows her to attach files and sent out to the masses (greater than 100 people at a time). When I tried to send a basic test message without attaching a file, it works fine. When I attach any kind of file, it locks up and gives me a error message like it can't find the page. I disabled all of the windows firewalls I could find, took off MSE and I tried to use both IE and Mozilla browsers. Still does the same thing.

She also got a new network printer today. All of the other systems I installed the respective drivers on runs like a freakin banshee. This windows 7 machine ran a test print screen once and that was it. That doesn't work now...

Is there possible security settings I am overlooking?

This has me stumped as I feel as if I have tried everything..

    Any help is much appreciated!!!

Hi there, and welcome to the forums...

Can you give some more detailed information - what tool?

And when you say "running like a freakin' banshee" - is that good or bad (we tend to leave street / txt speak at the firewall here)

    Regards
