Windows Explorer opening at start up

A windows explorer page is opening whenever my system boots up. I am running Windows 7 Premium Home 64 bit on a Toshiba laptop. This is a recent occurence but I cannot find what is causing this. I have checked the msconfig and nothing seems to be directly causing this. I have also checked the startup folder and the issue does not appear to be there either. Any help would be appreciated.
