I can't drag and drop?...
What an odd problem. I can't drag and drop anything, anywhere. Can't move desktop icons, folder files, bookmarks. It's like my PC is locked. lol?
Running build 7232.

Did you try restarting?
Not yet, I'm in the middle of rendering a bunch of stuff...
But I'd like to know how I can avoid this, or if I accidentally did something to disable the dragging of icons?
Are you using a wireless Logitech mouse? I have a similar issue with mine. I can right click and drag.....weird.
Do the restart as soon as it's convenient and let us know what happens.
The other day, I had an issue that I would double-click an icon and NOTHING would happen. I'm running the RC x64.
Once I restarted the laptop, it was working again.
I ended up turning my PC off 'cause of a bad thunderstorm... Haha. But I'm back, and I can drag again.
Weird...
May have been slight power fluctuations due to the storm then.
Ok i'm having a similar issue on all three of my computers where the click and drag feature is acting up. I have tried multiple mice, rebooting, checking driver instalations, and ning seems to resolve the issue. the mice i use are all microsft laser mice 5v 100ma. This is getting very frustrating because i use my mouse as a art tool as well and cannot keep the line clicked long enough to even draw a line or move a window.
I am having the same problem on Windows 7 Ultimate x64-bit. I installed Vmware Workstation 7.0 and after it installed I was not able to drag icons or drag files from one drive to another etc. I disabled the tray icon that runs with Vmware and UAC prompted me that I was making changes. After I hit yes I was able to drag and drop files to the desktop as well as icons. I have a feeling this is a UAC bug and have since dropped it down a level from the default level.
