    What do you mean with 'when always blackout'? Does the screen suddenly go black? Or what?

    A laptop has a built-in UPS- the battery. So if you have a lot of powercuts, make sure you charge the battery fully while you do have power. Keep a spare battery. If possible, use a netbook-ish laptop- these have long battery lives.

    Sudden and complete powercuts to a laptop can do any variety of damage- they can damage the hardware, corrupt data files/OS files and make you loose unsaved work.

    Also, don't switch on too many electrical appliances at the same time. I don't know how many electronics you've got, but you could be overloading your home electricity network, so everything switches off. Solutions to that are beyond this forum though

    My whole area just had a temporary blackout yesterday lol, everything went black for about 5 seconds.

    Anywy, you might want to disable write caching on your hard drives. As in my opinion, data integrity is worth far more more than a bit of additional speed. See attachment:
