    Windows 7 Window Frame.

    Greetings,

I really feel awkward asking about this, once I figured it on my own, but too bad for me, I forgot where's the settings for this and how's it called. Thus attaching a small screenshot. Before, when I dragged a window, the whole window moved, now something went wrong and when I drag it, only its frame moves and when I release mouse button, it 'teleports' into that frame. It's ridiculous, I'm sure, it was somewhere in folder options and settings, just can't see it anywhere.

    Thanks for help.

    Best Regards,

I think what your are looking for in Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Performance Information and Tools. There is an adjust visual effects link on the left. You probably want to click the radio button for allow windows to decide.
