Rule of thumb when upgrading is to backup or export anything that might not be directly transferable into a suitable place and format that can then be imported. MS email systems leave a lot to be desired, hope you are successful.

Can windows7 be installed from a USB flash drive?
As far as I know, the USB port needs Windows drivers to work? So it can't be installed from a flash drive? Is there any logic in what I'm saying?
