Weird Picture Library folder after Gimp 2.6 Install

Not sure if this issue is Gimp related or not, I just noticed it a few days after installing Gimp 2.6.
Their is a weird folder named "WINDOWSTEMPDIR_FONTCONFIG_CACHE" in my Pictures Library. After searching I haven't been able to determine what this folder is for or why it was created. Is it OK to delete it or should I move it, leave it alone or what?

Thanks!

Leave it alone. GIMP configures fonts when it starts.

When I go to my picture library, and set the option to show icons instead of details, I get the following display: http://i83.photobucket.com/albums/j314/WoodenFrog/picturelibrary.jpg How do I change it so that the icons will be thumbnails of my actual pictures? Thanks Ferd
