Slow shutdowns can occur for a variety of reasons including malware etc... before shutting down have you tried Ctrl, Alt, Del and had a look at whats running in the Task Manager?

Thanks for the fast reply. I'll post back the results as soon as I run it. Should I remove one RAM stick and then the other (2 times run) or just both?
You can leave them all in, it won't make any difference. If one of them is broken, memtest86+ will tell you. I suggest you leave it running overnight, make it do at least 10 passes to be sure.

If Memtest86+ says a'all tests passed' (aka everything is fine, lol) then it might be a BIOS voltage setting. Get into the BIOS and see what it says under Memory Voltage. I've heared of other people solving the MEMORY_MANAGEMENT BSOD by setting Memory Voltage to 1.9.

Would you recommend me to set the setting right now to see how it is acting? Could be quite interesting.

Btw, quite fun "problem", I checked for updates in Win Updates, and some of the many Important Secure Updates I have, isn't crossed. Like a couple of them ain't crossed, and the rest is. And even some of the other Secure Updates is even in optional. Which one to choose? :), also I forgot to mention that, some of the listing updates is "Upgrade for Windows7" I think they were called. Like 6 of them. And I'm a bit scared to run into a boot-loop or Blue screen experience again. I guess I'm going to install them slowly (one by one), not to run in problems. Or anything else you would like to recommend?

No, don't go changing memory voltages without reason. It might have worked for someone by sheer luck that their memory wasn't running at the right voltage, but it's certainly not something you just try to see if it fixes something.

Wait and see what memtest shows you and go from there.

Aight. Speaking about Windows Update, should I just download the "crossed" ones in Important Updates?

Aight. I updated, and it all went cool. Just until I could start Windows this Thursday. It wasn't frozen, it was just stuck there saying "Starting Windows". I rebooted and got into Windows successful.

Okay! New observation! I won't make a 3rd post.. So I'll just edit as well.

At the moment, I'm only running with one RAM stick (the RAM whose made my Windows stuck at Start-up). I plugged in the other stick, and Windows boot-looped. And even, my motherboard start-up screen was stuck.

Looks like both RAM sticks is nuts. I might buy some new ones.
I can't see other faulty hardware possibilities. Of course, there's running electricities through it, and it can be screwed easily.

You have checked that are plugged into the correct sockets? You may need to insert them into alternate sockets?

Ah, both RAM is in the black socket. (there's black and yellow). In my ASUS Motherboard manual, it says that you can just pick any empty socket available. But sounds interesting, maybe I should choose:

    • 1x black
    • 1x yellow
