Your system was trying to recover from a failure, and you killed the process half way in, You more than likely will be forced into a reformat situation.
The only thing I can think of that could get you booting again right now is this procedure.

SFC /SCANNOW : Run in Command Prompt at Boot

Try running chkdsk /r from the Command Prompt of a Win 7 install disc. If you don't have one, download just the Recovery Console here: Download Windows 7 System Recovery Discs — The NeoSmart Files

Create a bootable CD/DVD then boot it. Select Command Prompt. Type chkdsk /r and press Enter. Let it run to completion without interruption. Can take an hour or more depending on the size of the hard drive.

Sorry but I have no idea what you're talking about. You need to install a torrent client like uTorrent to download. There is a link to uTorrent on the neosmart web site. They also provide a link to another place to download from and they charge $9.75, but why pay when you don't have to.

If you are getting an error message, please be exact as to what it says. Telling me "
something like recovery something" doesn't give me anything I can use to help you.

Have you tried booting to the Advanced System Recovery Menu (aka Safe Mode Menu) and running chkdks /r from there? You do this by pressing F8 when the system starts to boot. Press it every second or so as soon as you see the logo com e up.
