    my laptop hp cq42 can't hibernate


    please help me if i press hibernate button,my laptop still can't hibernate completely.the power light wasn't off,the fan still works,whats happening to my laptop

    Hello there,maybe Hibernation is disabled
    Hibernate - Enable or Disable
    and also check your power plan.
