Problem deleting / moving big files with Win7

I'm using build 7229 and I had this problem with 7100 also.

If I'm trying to move / delete a big file (over 700MB) i'm getting the following window:

just calculating forever.

the hard disk light indicator ain't flashing.

it's working fine with XP.

I scanned my disk for errors and it's fine.

tried to delete / move using unlocker and cmd (DOS) and it's the same. with both of them nothing happens.

I had that same problem, intermittently, in earlier builds. Not present in 7600, at least not on this machine.

I had the same problem because I was trying to delete from the "Libraries".

I solved it by going to "Users" in internet explorer and deleting the files from there. Hope this helps everyone.

This behavior just started within the past week or so. When I delete or move files in Windows Explorer, the files just stay in the right-hand pane. They DO get deleted or moved, but I have to hit F5 to refresh the view. This never happened before, until about a week ago. Any help? ...
