    An Image overlapping my desktop icons


    It looks like this:
    An Image overlapping my desktop icons-image-021.png

    I've tried
    deleting the icon cache
    cleaning my registry with CCleaner
    resetting my icons to their default

    And I don't know if this will help, but I've used IconPackager before but uninstalled that.

    Hello Keiynn,

    It appears that your shortcut arrow overlay icon has been changed. You can use the program in OPTION TWO in the tutorial below to restore the default shortcut arrow overlay.

    Shortcut Arrow - Change, Remove, or Restore
