My Laptop + Desktop are both Win7 H Prem 32 bit, and both using the same version of W L Mail 2011.
I put my Laptop next to my Desktop, and the Start Menu customizations are exactly the same, so why the difference as my image ?

I think what he's getting at is that WLM has an extended menu on one, and not on the other. Yet, Firefox, Getting Started, and IE all have the menu on both. I just noticed I don't have the extended menu for WLM either on my laptop
