Documents Not Accessible

Under the libraries area there are some folders that won't open.
I moved some from another computer but now can't access them, I'm the only one with an login on this computer.
Here's one of the paths that won't let me in:
C:\Users\GZ\Documents\My Videos

I have other folders too with the same problem.
On Windows ME I could change anything I wanted, even system files.

I'd like to open all files if I want, I tried to do something with permissions but don't want to cause problems.

I'm moving from Windows ME to Windows 7 so a lot has changed.

I have:
Administrators(GZ-PC\Administrators)

And

GZ(GZ-PC\GZ)

Which one should be changed?

I did change to both of them, one at a time, as the folder was owned by system but didn't work out.

Windows 7 is not Windows ME, forget everything you know about Windows.
You are on a completely different system then what was Windows ME.

You might be OK.

If you alter junctions in any way you will make your system unusable. keep away from virtual folders in your system drive. There is no data in them, they are basically only data indices, which point to where the data actually is. If you change permissions or "take ownership" or anything like that, it will have disastrous consequences.

Well I did take ownership but didn't notice anything. I used an untouched folder and changed the folder I changed to be exactly like that one as far as permissions I think.
We'll see how it goes....

Use System Restore to go back to a point before you changed ANY permissions.
